At BareGravity, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We currently accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong product or wrong size than what was ordered

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival

• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

We do not accept returns for:

• Size-related issues if the correct size as per your order was delivered

• Customized or embroidered items (since each piece is made-to-order)

• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences

• Slight variations in fit, color tone, embroidery size, or positioning, as each item is uniquely crafted and small differences are natural and expected

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thebaregravity.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A short explanation of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will initiate your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

• For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (we’ll contact you for details)

• Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the eligible item (if applicable), and place a new order separately.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in production or in transit and cannot be cancelled.
